Unit 5 - Planning to Succeed
Translating organisational objectives into operational plans is an essential management skill. The unit opens with the importance of understanding the strategic direction of the organisation and how to contribute to the strategic planning process
Unit 6 - Conducting a Management Project
As a manager, it is imperative that you must be able to lead a project successfully. This is a practical module where you conduct a work-related project to research, analyse and make conclusions based on a specific issue facing your business
