This masterclass is your chance for an introduction—or a reintroduction—to the Advanced Performance Management exam and syllabus. Sitting the APM exam can be a daunting experience, and our tutor aims to help you get started as smoothly as possible.

Masterclass 2 – Scoring Well in Frequently Tested Topics (Part 1)
Many students struggle with APM because they misinterpret how core topics are actually tested. In this session, we move beyond the textbook to focus on high-impact areas like Responsibility Centres and Transfer Pricing.
Our tutor will teach you how to correctly interpret complex requirements and, most importantly, how to generate the high-scoring ideas that markers are looking for. You will learn to stop “theory dumping” and start providing the strategic analysis required at this level.

Masterclass 3 – Scoring Well in Frequently Tested Topics (Part 2)
In our final session, we continue our journey through the syllabus’s most frequently tested ideas. This masterclass is designed to give you a “final polish” before exam day, ensuring you have the confidence to tackle any scenario.
By the end of this session, you won’t just have revised the theory; you will have developed a “detective’s eye” for the clues hidden within exam scenarios. We will bridge the gap between knowing the models and understanding exactly when and how to apply them.
