Payment Issues - Please read if Paypal is not working

We use a PayPal payment system for most of our transactions. This system accepts payments from anyone with a Debit/Credit Card or a PayPal account. You do not need to create a PayPal account to pay us (unless you are setting up an instalment plan).

If you wish to to pay for some materials or a course, please go to the following page to make payments from your location: Alternative Payment Method - Skrill.

We can also accept bank transfer. If you wish to pay us by this method, please email and we will send you an invoice.

Why do some products have 3 Viewers?

Many people now access the Internet through different devices and browsers, this can cause issues as some systems work better on some than others. Therefore we provide versions of our materials in different formats.

If one version does not work for you please try an alternative.

How do I get access to my material and products?

1. Log in to your account via the “key” icon in the top right corner of the website.

2. On your members home page you will find the links under the “Products purchased and free resources” heading.

Videos - Technical Issues

If the Internet speed in your location is slow or unreliable, you can download the videos to your computer. Simply right click on the video box and go to “save as” then save the file as an .mp4 on your computer. This will then download and you can watch it in your own time.

If the video does not play, please try the same page in an alternative browser such as Firefox or Google Chrome.

All videos should be compatible with iPads and Android devices.

Use the zoom function in your browser to resize the screen if the “play” and “pause” buttons are not on the video box.

How do I print my printable study text?

1. Open the link to the full study text.

2. Wait 1-2 minutes to ensure all pages have loaded (scroll to the last page to ensure that every page loads).

3. Click on the print icon within the viewer - see screenshot.

4. Follow the steps to print through your printer.

Please try an alternative browser if steps 1-4 do not work for you. Google chrome and Firefox are recommended.

Can I download materials to my computer from Astranti?

No. The Astranti materials are online only or printable only. The Astranti Study Texts are also available on It is possible to download these study texts to your device via the Amazon application.

Trouble viewing and printing material?

For best results we suggest viewing the files in Google Chrome or Firefox. Material is viewable and printable in the most recent versions of Internet explorer, but users of older versions such as IE8 may experience issues.

Our materials are mobile and tablet compatible but if you have any problems viewing our materials we recommend you try and download an alternative browser from the App Store such as Google Chrome and use this.

Minimum requirements for printing:

Operating system

  • Windows: Vista, 7, 8, 8.1.
  • Mac: OS X

Browser – Internet explorer: 9 or higher. Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera are preferable.

If you are using Windows XP and a version of Internet Explorer older than 9, we cannot guarantee that printing will be possible. We recommend getting access to a computer with at least windows 7, and use either Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox where possible. When using Internet explorer, use the most recent version (currently 11).

Updating to the latest version of flash can help to resolve some people's printing issues. Download the latest version of flash.
